Hi guys! This is my third year to contribute my spring break pictures from South Padre Island. Flashing on the beach is way down due to the increased presence of police and the new open container law in Texas. The weather was great though. This set is from the first day on the beach. They were having tug of war contests and a nice wet T-shirt twister contest that day.
