Higang! Seattle isn't San Francisco, and total nudity is discouraged at public events. However, the Fremont Solstice Parade pushes the limits. The Seattle Police Department asked the parade organizers to not allow the Nude Bicycle Team to enter this year's parade! Of course they ignored them.
