For all those still looking for a big party come next New Year's Eve, I highly recommend New Orleans. With the Sugar Bowl in town, lots of sweet college girls find themselves doing what normally they wouldn't dare do anywhere else -- exposing their funobags (and other parts!) to groups of total strangers on Bourbon Street. In fact there is little these girls won't do for some cheap plastic beads. This year I had the good fortune of seeing (and feeling) some fresh Texas A& and Ohio State titty.
