Tampa Bay has an annual festival (our version of Mardis Gras) know as Gasparilla, named for the infamous pirate, Jose Gaspar who pillaged and plundered Tampa Bay in the 1800's. The festivel is about 2 weeks long and begins with a day parade - for families - and ends with a night parade...thats wild! These pics are from the day parade so imagine what the night parade will be like!
