xie' xie' Everyday I like to run 3 to 5 miles uphill, from 1500 feet, to 5,000 feet-The forest change from fir to pine, the view are terrific. In the middle of my run, I exercise, then continue on. This contri is my exercise, the next, will be my run. Thanks to all for their nice comments!
