Caresse: At the end of high school I found a site of amateur erotic stories and photographs by looking through the computer's history after my brother :). I posted a couple photos there, and I believe it was from that site that I was led here in 2000, after my freshman year of college. Right away I was fascinated by how many women post their pictures here and also by how personal the site seems -- the way each contri opens with a story and each picture has comments. It seems so much less vulgar that a site where a couple guys in charge post photos of girls they like..

Igor: So how long did you lurk before you submitted your first contri? And why did you submit nude pictures of yourself to a "porn site"?

Caresse: It was two years later that I remembered this site (I was spending a lot of time online after knee surgery) and decided to submit some photos. I looked at what was on the site and thought, "I could do that!" -- I thought I could do it better than a lot of other people here, but of course after I took my first round of pictures, I realized this is a lot more difficult than it looks!).

Igor: Your last contribution showed 8 photos. How many photos did you take of yourself that day? At what time of the day did you take them? What triggered you to do those photos? Tell us more please...Its somehow amazing that you do photos of yourself and submit those photos!!

Caresse: Oh gosh, for that last set, I took over 200 pictures. There were about 50 total that I liked, and from there I spent almost an hour choosing the best 8. Usually I take only about twice as many as I post, but for that set, I had ideas about what positions I wanted to be in and I kept re-shooting each one until it came out just right (the right expression on my face, the best angle on my body...). It also takes me a lot of tries just to get the camera pointing in the right direction, since I can't look through the viewfinder while i'm taking the picture.

I tend to take a lot of pictures of myself when i'm alone in the apartment -- mostly just of my face or whatever I can get by holding the camera at arm's length. I'm fascinated with seeing how I can represent myself through the camera. The weekend of my last set, it was knowing that nobody would be walking in on me for two days and the realization that the wall mirror was at a great height for taking pictures that inspired me. Once I got started taking pictures -- just for the fun of it, at first -- I was so happy with how they were turning out that I kept working until I had a set I was satisfied to submit.

I have a constant hunger to create things -- I write, draw, paint, and work on my [non-erotic] web site. Taking photographs is another form of creativity for me. When I look through a book of nude photography, it usually inspires me to see what I can create myself, and I long for the next free day home alone. Or sometimes a particular contest will inspire me to take pictures (even if what I end up with doesn't qualify for the category). I love the idea that my contris are completely my own -- nobody else's ideas, poses, or camerawork.

Igor: Did you take more explicit shots of yourself? I mean more explicit than you submitted? I am just curious...
Caresse: I've taken some shots that show too much pink for voyeurweb, but I've never taken anything explicit.
At first I didn't take any for redclouds because I didn't want to buy a membership and I didn't want to post pictures I'd never get to see. I ended up buying a membership last year out of curiosity, but I still don't think I'll post any pictures there. First of all, I wouldn't want to stop and take photographs during those moments. And second, while I can handle the possibility of being recognized for some basic private shots, i'm not sure I would feel safe knowing there were explicit shots of me out there. I wouldn't want to ruin any chances for my future.

Igor: WOW! I did NOT expect you to be a RedClouds member!! I am really surprised now.... When you look at all your photos (submitted or not) which one is the one which you like the best?

Caresse: That's an interesting question -- I never thought of how unusual it is. Currently I am living with my boyfriend, and we spend almost all of our free time going to shows, reading together (my friend says that's sickeningly sweet :)) and hanging out with his friends or my friends. I'm the kind of girl with a few close friends rather than a wild social life, so parties just aren't my thing. But I do have all the fun I want in real life -- I just spent last semester studying abroad and traveled to so many great cities and countries each weekend. I love taking dance classes, figure skating, going to amusement parks, and taking road trips. But I am basically a solitary person and I crave time alone, so there are times when I decline an evening out in order to have peace and quiet. It's not every weekend -- I mean, I've taken only 4 sets of erotic pictures in the past year. And as for the other pictures I take of myself, those don't require huge time commitments -- I just tend to reach for the camera when I'm bored or have some time to kill. I hope that helps you understand better.

Caresse: While I'm not actively searching for a photographer, I would let somebody photograph me if I thought that person had a lot of great ideas and could do things I can't do myself. I feel like I don't have any real ideas, I just sort of come up with things while experimenting, so if I wasn't the one holding the camera I don't think I'd know what to do with myself! I guess that's my biggest concern, but maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal once we got started. I would be nervous but thrilled to be photographed by you, Igor!

Igor: Which one is your most sensitive zone when it comes to sex? Could we have a close up shot of that zone please? ( I bet its your breast...Am I right?)

Caresse: The outsides of my breasts are so sensitive, right where they connect with my sides. I love being "caressed" there :).

Igor: I knew it..hehehehe..I knew it!!!! Talking about sensitive breasts: Have you ever had sex with a girl??

Caresse: No, I haven't, but it's something i've fantasized about for a long time. Also, I have two very beautiful friends and whenever we're together I can't help imagining what a great vw contribution we could do -- not that I think I'd even suggest it to them.

Igor: Why not? I mean if they are real friend, why not ask them? But well..I understand your concerns. Have you ever been "recognized" in real life?

Caresse: No, not yet, but I like the idea of somebody seeing me on the street and wondering if I'm the same person they saw on their computer the night before. If it was somebody at school or a friend I would laugh and admit it was me -- it's not something anyone would expect, because I'm somewhat shy and bookish. If it was somebody at work, i'm not sure what I would do. I imagined yesterday being asked into my supervisor's office and confronted with the pictures. I would like to believe that I would admit they were mine and explain that I don't see anything wrong with my naked body, but I can't promise I wouldn't lie that i'd taken them for my boyfriend and he'd posted them without my knowledge.

Igor: Is there anyone in real life you inform about or tell about your contris to voyeurweb?

Caresse: I've told a couple of my friends, but I don't think they know for sure whether I was joking or not.

Igor: If you could have a quickie with a famous person, who would that be?

Caresse: This one's tough for me -- even as a pre-teen I never had a celebrity crush. I guess I tend not to believe that those people exist off the movie screen. But if I had to pick somebody, hmm, maybe Ethan Hawke -- I saw him in a play from the front row last year, and wow.

Igor: So he was able to get your hormones into motion, eh? Let me please ask you another very private question: When reaching the "point", are you a ahh ahh ahh or oohh ohhhh ohhh ohhh or yes yes yes yes person or silent or totally different? I somehow do not expect you to be the loud "Oh my god, oh fuck me, oh my god, oh fuck" type of girl - on the other hand I know you are good for surprises.

Caresse: I'm not very articulate, but i'm a heavy breather with a lot of ohhhs thrown in. My boyfriend has said he knows he has to be really good to get some words out of me, but I wouldn't call myself silent!

Igor: Lets come to my typical Voyeurweb question: What do you think about voyeurs?

Caresse: Hmm, I never thought of it as a menace or a threat. It seems to me that our bodies are nothing to be ashamed of. It would be one thing if photos were posted on voyeurweb for visitors to laugh at and make fun of innocent women, but instead contributors are sharing the beauty. But I guess I'm naive and I'm forgetting that not everybody feels comfortable having strangers look at their private areas.

Igor: My last very private question: Do you ever play with you yourself in front of the computer?

Caresse: Yes, definitely -- but it's always been while reading stories, not looking at pictures. Usually I don't make it to the end of the story before I give up at the computer and head for the bed :).

You all have made me feel great about my body, which has been hard since I know it's not of glossy magazine-model proportions. Truly, all of voyeurweb has made me feel encouraged that body shapes and sizes don't all have to be exactly like Kate Moss. While every woman here has some bashers, the majority of the comments here are positive no matter what the woman is shaped like.

And to clarify a couple things, I don't plan to let on where I go to college and, like Lara, I'm not looking for a photographer :).
