These were taken in New Orleans but it was at last year's Jazz Fest not Mardi Gras. I have other and some better pics but I wanted the first ones that I posted anywhere on the net to include the flatobags beside the guy with the gray beard. After I snapped the picture he became upset and asked me what I was going to do with the picture. I should have told him that I was going to go home and post it on the voyeurweb. I feel that when in Paris you take a picture of the Eiffel Tower, when in DC you take a picture of the White House and when in New Orleans you take a picture of a babe begging for beads.
