I thought y'all might like this. I have a personal trainer at my gym. He was a gift from the hubby for christmas. He is very strict about doing everything he ask or he will not work with you and is supposed to be one of the best. Part of his routine is a weekly full body inspection.. Yep, full body, no clothes. right there in the gym. It took me a couple weeks to get use to. It's a very handsy inspectionas well. With pictures to document progress, so he says.
