Dear Kate... We were a bit disappointed. The chili pepper toy we ordered took longer than it should have to arrive...but when it finally arrived..it did not work...so we ordered a replacement. About 10 days or so later...we called to find out where it was & that order had not been processed. They reordered it for us..and it was about another week to 10 days or so before a working toy finally arrived. Needless to say ..we were very disappointed to miss the cut off...not only for that toy..but also for the JackRabbit..which was really the one we wanted! As far as the toy tho...well...it's ok..the tapered tip is interesting. Gets in some hard to reach places!*wink*. The soft vinyl is comfortable. The vibration tho...even though it is adjustable..is still fairly weak at the highest setting. On a scale of 1-10...we'd rate it about a 7. Gonna get plenty of play out of it ...but not at the top of the favorites list. Enjoy the pics! *kisses*
