Hi Lovely V Webbers, Thanks for all the requests and lovely comments. They are what keeps me posting. I asked Mr Dep to take some shots of me doing my daily'Ball Stretches'. Here are a few thatwe hope you will like. The shine on my skin is actual SWEAT from the exercises I had been doing before hand. Some of us old girls have to work out really hard to keep trim. The shoes were added because so many people asked for them. I usually work out naked and withoutshoes.
