Vintage Stockings - I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier, but I have discovered a new favorite hobby - searching Goodwill stores for vintage stockings still in their original packages! I love the look of real nylon stockings but can't usually afford to treat myself to the expensive pairs I see online. But brand new stockings for 50 cents? That my wallet can handle! Since they are quite old, I rinsed them in lukewarm water with a little soap before wearing them to re-hydrate the nylon & they felt wonderful as I slipped each stocking up my calves.
