Hello Kate and Crew! Last Spring I took a trip to New Orleans, and found out they don't have to have Mardi Gras going on in New Orleans to have fun. From what I saw, there is a constant party going on! I don't know what it is about Bourbon Street and women but as soon as they walk up the street they can't help but show their breasts to anyone willing to give them those plastic beads.
