I love this hotel, stay there a lot, never shut the curtains, planning a stay nov 9, and 10, sat between 4 and 6pm , and after midnight' And sun morning, and evening, we will hopefully be busy))))))
xyz_6649, all my pictures are taken in the mornings as I wake up before my girl. 730 to 9am generally. Best spots are from the street, on the highline itself or from the outdoor deck at The Whitney museum
According to an article I found Saturday night is the best night with most action.
I don't know when these pictures were taken and I don't know if it is still the case that it attracts exhibitionists. But if someone has time and a good camera you could go and give it a try. Of course make sure you can be in a place where they don't see you. Like a hotel room opposed to the hotel. I guess that's where these pictures were taken ;But maybe mister_bone can tell us how he makes these?
This is indeed "The Standard" Hotel in NYC.
Unfortunately I don't live in NYC and I don't have a huge tele-lens. But I think anyone that lives there, has a good zoom-lens and has a position with a good view can go and make ; Just search on "The Standard hotel exhibitionism" and you'll find all the info. The hotel even encourages their customers to open the curtains show off their naked ;
