Hi Kate: More from New Orleans' Bourbon Street, aka Bago Boulevard. The start of Mardi Gras 2002 couldn't have been more frenzied thanks to the crowds who were there to see Super Bowl XXXVI (Patriots 20-Rams 17) and to flash their hooters (Week of Jan. 27 to Feb. 3).
