Hi all. These pictures were taken at Mardi Gras 2001. No, not New Orleans but Manchester-UK. Each year Manchester plays host to Europes largest gay festival. The photos show myself and my friend Sarah 'out on the town'. Sarah is wearing a VERY see thru dress and her stockings can clearly be seen underneath. Just look at the face of the policewoman when we approached her fora photograph!!! Unlike New Orleans Manchester police don't object topublic nudity during the festival!!.
