I wish I could send a message back in time and tell this woman that posing as she does/did does not have "a little more class and creativity" than the women who have the self-confidence to pose fully nude -- and that her condescending attitude towards self-confidence is something she should learn/should have learned to overcome. Much respect to women who have the self-confidence to pose fully nude and completely displayed -- then, and now (2018) and into the future.
