These were taken at "The Dock" at Pensacola Beach. This contest is held every Saturday at 4:00 in the afternoon. All of the contestants were called out of the crowd, and their ages were checked by the bar owner. There is no cover charge and the dance floor next to the stage is reserved for camera holders only.
