It is that time of the year when we begin to see ladies in their cut off jeans out and about in the nice weather. Just like the latest "thong" craze that seems to be a popular fashion trend (and we are not complainig ...lol) we thought we would suggest another that we hope would catch on! In addition, it also solves the problem of what to do with the leftover pant legs that are normallly thrown away once the shorts are made....enjoy!
