I agree with jaybee. I think she knew exactly what he was doing and she enjoyed the thrill of being " voyeured " in a context that she had complete control over. She was allowing a stranger to see the crotch of her underwear, just as she would be doing if she was at the beach and wearing a bikini bottom. Great work by both of them -- model and photographer.
